Welcome to Pic2Digital.com. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Service

Pic2Digital provides professional photo digitization services. We convert your physical photos into high-resolution digital files and return the originals along with a USB flash drive (or digital delivery via Google Drive/Dropbox, per your preference).

2. Orders and Payments

•  All orders are final once processing begins.

•  Prices shown are for digitization services only. Shipping & Handling (both ways) is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

•  We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Shopify.

•  Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

3. Shipping & Mailing Your Photos

•  You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping your photos to us using the prepaid label we provide.

•  We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping to us.

•  We recommend using sturdy envelopes or boxes with adequate padding and photo-safe sleeves.

4. Our Processing & Turnaround

•  Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume.

•  We will make reasonable efforts to return your original photos undamaged.

5. Liability & Insurance

•  Your photos are irreplaceable. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of your original materials beyond what our insurance covers.

•  We carry insurance for loss or damage while photos are in our possession.

•  Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

6. Digital Files & Ownership

•  Once digitized, the digital files belong to you.

•  We do not claim ownership of your photos or digital files.

•  We may use anonymized before/after images for marketing only with your permission.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are generally not available after we begin processing your order.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to send illegal, hazardous, or extremely fragile materials. We reserve the right to refuse or return any order that violates these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
