Shipping Policy

Last Updated: May 21, 2026

At Pic2Digital, we make shipping as simple and transparent as possible. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Shipping Costs

You (the customer) pay for shipping both ways:

  Shipping your photos to us

Us shipping your originals + flash drive back to you

Shipping & Handling is calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen carrier/service (USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage).

We do not charge a markup on shipping — you pay the actual carrier rate.

How Shipping Works

1.  After you place your order, we generate a prepaid return shipping label for you to print and attach to your package.

2.  You pack your photos securely and mail them to us using the label.

3.  Once we receive and process your order, we will ship your original photos back along with a USB flash drive (or send digital files via Google Drive/Dropbox if you prefer).

4.  You will receive a tracking number for the return shipment.

Processing & Turnaround Times

Shipping to us: Usually 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

Our processing time: 5–14 business days after we receive your photos (longer during peak periods).

  Return shipping: 2–5 business days.

Total time from order to receiving your photos back: Typically 2–4 weeks.

Packaging Recommendations

For the safety of your precious photos, we strongly recommend:

Use sturdy padded envelopes or small boxes

Place photos in photo-safe sleeves or wrap them in acid-free tissue paper

Add bubble wrap or padding to prevent shifting

Do not use regular envelopes for large quantities

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping to us.

All packages must be sent to:

Lost or Damaged Packages

For packages lost or damaged in transit to us: Contact your carrier (USPS) first.

For return packages (from us to you): We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and provide a replacement flash drive if needed.
